This was one of the first recipes I ever wrote and ideated and wow! I still love to make it. I grew up in a No-Olive Household (Dr. Mom doesn’t like their briny flavor), but in college, I fell in love and boy-oh-boy here’s this fun dip.

INGREDIENTS

1 Jar Pitted Kalamata Olives, finely chopped

4 Cloves of Garlic, grated/minced

1 Tbsp of Honey

2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

A Drizzle of Olive Oil

A Squeeze of 1/2 a Lemon

A Generous Grind of Pepper

STEPS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and finish it off with your gorgeous drizzle, hearty squeeze, and a generous grind of pepper

  2. Let sit for 30 min at room temp for max flavor! Eat with chips!
